Transform Communications wins double gold at the CIPR PRide awards

Transform Communications takes home two gold awards at the 2021 CIPR South of England and Channel Islands PRide Awards, hosted by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Once a year, the CIPR PRide awards shine the spotlight on the best PR teams and campaigns across the UK. We’re over the moon after winning Gold in both Best Use of Content and Small Consultancy of The Year!

Veronica Hannon, our Founder and Managing Director, says, “We missed the glitz and glamour of attending the event in person but had a wonderful afternoon eagerly awaiting winner announcements via the virtual CIPR PRide awards ceremony. It is a real testament to the talented Transform team and we are absolutely delighted to be the winners of not one but two of these highly prestigious awards.”

“Back in 2019 we mapped out a 10-year plan to give focus to the business, with budgets and forecasts to achieve ambitious targets. And then COVID-19 hit. It was teamwork, sheer graft and collaboration that saw us through the pandemic, and got us to where we are today. Since then we have more than doubled the team, launched two sister companies (Transform Digital Marketing and Transform ESG Ltd), acquired new clients, and retained all existing clients. It is a huge honour to receive both awards and I am beyond proud of our wonderful team.”

The CIPR PRide judges said, “Hard work and resilience are winning the day for Transform through lockdowns – and also winning the agency the CIPR Gold for its region. The refocus on its proposition, growing its team to plug sales and marketing gaps, and the launch of a digital marketing division earlier this year earns it a Gold.”

The win for Best Use of Content all comes down to our content campaign for Bristol-based financial advisors, Anderson Financial Management. Led by our Head of Content, Karolyn Andrews, the team created a beautiful publication targeted at entrepreneurs and business owners. Incorporating case studies of successful businesses projects and promoted via an online-only campaign due to COVID-19.

CIPR PRide judges stated that, “Transform Communications successfully made financial advice intriguing and engaging, which was down to the clever planning backed by sound insights. The key to the content was the authentic approach taken to the guide, using real voices from the sector in an easy-to-consume way, resulting in content that was genuinely helpful – and helped position Anderson Financial Management as a thought leader.”
