What ideas do you have for Transform Communications?

I would love to see us grow and scale as a company while maintaining our fun and family lead culture that we have already. I believe that we are already successfully doing this with the amazing efforts and team work from all involved.

When restrictions are lifted, I would also like us to go out and do some team building days or even weekends away at least twice a year.

What three things should we know about you?

  1. Unfortunately coriander tastes like petrol to me, apparently 5% of people experience that.
  2. I am happiest by water, usually with a fishing rod accompanying me.
  3. My phone is always on to anybody if they need a chat.

What is your favourite thing to do for fun?

Fishing with friends.

In one word, what is your ideal workplace culture?

Happiness.

What do you like to listen to while you’re working?

Ludovico Einaudi or most modern classical music. It’s not only beautiful but it is peaceful. I used to play this to my twins when they were babies every night at bedtime and they loved going to bed.

What attracted you to working in PR and communications?

The main draw for me was the exciting ability and privilege to be able to help a large number of businesses across multiple sectors with a diverse range of people on a daily basis. I especially love the exciting challenges that arise when a new client comes on board. These are a real driver and incentive for me to continue to win more business for Transform Communications.

Can you tell us about a project that you are particularly proud of?

Kidd Aitken was a big deal that seemed a million miles away a year ago. There was a natural nervousness that when the deal was signed – would we be able to deliver accordingly working the a strict and strange world that is the legal sector? Fast forward to now and I could not be more proud of the work that we do for them and the feedback that we get that they could never produce the quality and quantity that we deliver for them across multiple channels.

What is your favourite form of communication?

Face to face, with a meal and a drink. Nothing beats being able to look into somebody’s eyes and gauge a genuine and honest reaction.
